Production timeline
Open editions are produced within 5–10 business days. Framed pieces and oversized works require additional time, generally 2–3 weeks before they leave the studio.
Each print is made to order and carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Production times vary depending on print size, framing selection, and destination. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow additional time for framed pieces, oversized artwork, and international shipments.

Orders within the United States ship via insured carrier with delivery typically arriving within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Larger or framed works are sent through specialized fine-art handlers and may require a signature on delivery.
International orders ship via tracked courier and are delivered duty unpaid. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country. Delivery windows vary by region; please allow additional time during peak periods.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped. If you have not seen it within the expected production window, please check your spam folder or write to hello@caseynavinphotography.com.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the artwork before unpacking further. Email the images to hello@caseynavinphotography.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
