Below are answers to some of the most common questions regarding prints, framing, shipping, and orders.

Prints

Are all prints made to order?

Yes. Each piece is produced individually after your order is placed, ensuring archival quality and longevity.

What paper do you print on?

Open editions are printed on archival fine-art paper using pigment inks rated for over a century of display life. Specific paper notes are listed on each product page.

Are prints signed?

Selected editions are signed by Casey. Signing details are noted on the relevant product page when applicable.

Framing

What framing options are available?

Prints can be ordered unframed, or framed in black, white, or natural wood. Framed pieces include UV-protective glazing and conservation-grade matting.

Do framed prints arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Framed pieces ship pre-wired and ready to hang directly from the box.

Can I request custom framing?

Custom framing — different finishes, mats, or specialty sizing — is available on request. Email hello@caseynavinphotography.com for a quote.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Open editions ship within 5–10 business days. Framed pieces require 2–3 weeks before dispatch. Full timing details are on the Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders ship tracked and duty unpaid. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country.

Will I receive tracking information?

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If it does not arrive within the expected production window, please check your spam folder or write to us directly.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect orders are always handled with a replacement or refund — see Returns for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the outer packaging and the artwork, then email hello@caseynavinphotography.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

Can I request a custom size?

Custom sizing is available for many editions. Email hello@caseynavinphotography.com with the print and dimensions you have in mind and we will confirm availability.
