Every print is produced individually after your order is placed, using archival inks and museum-grade papers. Because each piece is created on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on preference.
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, contact hello@caseynavinphotography.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production has begun and the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
All sales are final once production has started. By placing an order you acknowledge that prints are custom-made for you and are not eligible for return based on change of mind.
